Odoo Developer, IT Solutions Specialist Full Time NEW

As a developer, you will lead and participate in development projects for our Odoo installations across our customer base. You will be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
– Design and develop Odoo apps(new module development, customization).
– Develop application/features that affect everyday life.
– Study and understand current implementations and customizations where needed
– Design and Develop new customizations that do not interfere with already deployed customizations

Must-Have
– Odoo framework knowledge
– In Depth programming knowledge in Odoo Community Editions v12/14 onwards
– Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts
– Knowledge of Linux flavored operating system
– Ability to import & export data into/from Odoo using automated processes
– Must be able to develop and test, before passing for UAT
– Once UAT passed, must manage release to production and necessary change management, rollback process etc.

Modules
– All Core Modules
– Must be proficient with Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, POS

Nice to Have

– Contribution to Open Source Projects
– Interest in enterprise application development
– Techno-functional expertise

This is a FULL TIME REMOTE position. You will be expected to work remotely and are expected to manage stakeholders in a non face-to-face setting. You will be expected to come in for face to face discussions once a quarter at least. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Probation period of 3 months applies before confirmation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
