Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Executive, located in Rohini. The Import Executive will handle end-to-end import activities, including coordinating with international suppliers, managing shipping agents, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with import regulations. They will also assist in maintaining inventory documentation, liaise with customs authorities, and monitor the timely delivery of shipments. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of import documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation with international suppliers
• Experience in managing logistics, shipping agents, and customs clearance processes
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of transactions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely shipment deliveries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Prior experience in import/export operations is preferred
• Familiarity with the plastic or manufacturing industry is an advantage
