IT Operations Associate Full Time

Key Responsibilities1. Database Development & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL & NoSQL databases
• Write efficient queries, triggers, stored procedures, and functions
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and data retrieval
• Manage data backup, recovery, security, and access control
• Work with relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
• Work with NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra

2. Programming & Application Development

• Write clean, scalable code using programming languages such as:
• Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP, C++, or Go (depending on role)
• Develop backend services, APIs, and server-side logic
• Implement integrations with third-party tools and platforms
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications

3. Data Handling & System Logic

• Create ETL pipelines for data import/export
• Ensure data integrity and structured storage
• Develop automated scripts for processes and reporting
• Build logic for business workflows, dashboards, and analytics

4. Cloud & Server Management (Good to Have)

• Deploy databases and applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Manage cloud storage, server instances, and monitoring
• Work with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of database design, normalization, ER diagrams
• Expertise in SQL (DML, DDL, DCL, TCL)
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
• Experience with database tools like phpMyAdmin, PgAdmin, SSMS, Workbench
• Knowledge of REST API development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with frameworks like Django, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD)
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in programming & database management
• Certifications such as Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Certification, Python/Java developer certificates are a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
