ABOUT PROFILE

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer with proven experience in delivering impactful designs across various mediums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting client needs, generating fresh ideas, and leading the design process from conception to final delivery. From websites to corporate identity, and social media posts to banners, your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, collaborating with clients and managers to incorporate feedback and revisions.
2. Review final layouts, providing constructive feedback and suggesting improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Generate innovative ideas for company branding and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design concepts.
4. Utilize graphic design software and work across a range of media to create visually compelling designs.
5. Lead and oversee the work of the design team, ensuring the production of web and digital marketing collateral meets the highest standards.
6. Assist in hiring and managing the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
7. Coordinate with managers to understand design briefs, record requirements, and effectively communicate clients’ needs.
8. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
9. Collaborate closely with offline and online marketing teams to align design activities with strategic objectives.
10. Deliver real-time designs optimized for social media platforms, engaging our audience with dynamic visual content.
11. Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of all design projects.
12. Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients and account managers, gaining full approval and ensuring client satisfaction.
13. Oversee all design elements, from initial concept development to final delivery, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design or a related field.
3. Highly creative with a strong understanding of recent social media trends and best practices.
4. Proficiency in image editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
