Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role for an AI Trainer : Nursing. The AI Trainer will create, adapt, and enhance medical and nursing education materials to train AI systems. Responsibilities include developing robust and field-specific curricula, ensuring alignment with best practices in nursing and medical fields, and contributing expertise in clinical scenarios, including critical care. Collaboration with AI developers and domain experts will be a core aspect of this role to ensure the accuracy and applicability of AI outputs.
Qualifications
- Background in Nursing (B.Sc / GNM / higher)
- Strong understanding of clinical practices, patient care, and real-world medical scenarios
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated responses based on medical accuracy and safety
- Experience in curriculum development, medical content review, or training is a plus
- Knowledge of medicine and critical care for handling complex clinical cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps in AI outputs
- Excellent communication and ability to provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI systems
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or healthcare AI tools is a bonus
