Dispatcher Full Time NEW

What You’ll Do:

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and record important details
• Track drivers and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate regularly with drivers and provide updates as needed
• Handle issues quickly and coordinate with the right team members
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules based on urgency
• Report delays or service issues to the operations team and customer service
• Manage driver messages and calls
• Prepare and submit customs paperwork
• Follow up with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance
• Arrange repairs for trucks if breakdowns occur

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
