• Payout : $35 – $50 / hour

Role Overview :

One of our clients, a global leader in the artificial intelligence industry, is seeking a Rubrics Expert to design and validate robust rubrics for AI training projects. This is a contract position that involves utilizing expertise in performance analysis, scoring methodology, and real-world judgment to ensure the highest quality of assessment outputs. As a Rubrics Expert, you will play a pivotal role in combining your experience in rubric development with practical insights to elevate the accuracy and realism of AI models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and refine comprehensive rubrics tailored to AI training and assessment needs
• Analyze task performance and provide structured, actionable feedback to guide improvement and calibration
• Establish and document effective scoring methodologies that ensure consistency, fairness, and accuracy
• Develop and implement assessment validation and quality control processes to ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of rubrics with AI training projects
