Rankawat Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our complete digital marketing operations and accelerate business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can strategically combine performance marketing, social media management, branding, and lead generation to strengthen our market presence and drive exceptional results in Jaipur’s competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing Meta Ads campaigns focused on quality lead generation and conversions.

• Drive performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.

• Manage the complete social media presence across all major platforms.

• Build strong brand awareness, credibility, and audience engagement in Jaipur’s real estate market.

• Create compelling content strategies for residential, commercial, and investment projects.

• Oversee Google Ads, SEO, website marketing, remarketing, and email automation.

• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Present detailed reports, insights, and growth strategies to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead generation campaigns.

• Demonstrated success in managing social media growth and engagement.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.

• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

• Experience in real estate marketing will be highly preferred.

• Ability to independently manage end-to-end digital marketing operations.
