About the Role
Looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in mainline advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing impactful hoardings, newspaper ads, print campaigns, and other ATL & BTL creatives.
If you’ve worked in an advertising agency environment and understand brand communication at scale, you’ll be perfect for this.
Key Responsibilities
● Conceptualize and design mainline advertising creatives (hoardings, printads, brochures, OOH, etc.)
● Develop campaign visuals aligned with brand strategy
● Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to execute integrated campaigns
● Adapt creatives across multiple formats and sizes
● Ensure high-quality artwork and print-ready files within delivery timelines
● Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Required Skills
● 6–8 years of graphic design experience
● Strong portfolio showcasing mainline/ATL work
● Prior experience in an advertising agency
● Expertise in:
○ Adobe Photoshop
○ Adobe Illustrator
○ Adobe InDesign
● Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
● Understanding of print production and pre-press processes
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience handling large-format designs (hoardings/billboards)
● Ability to take a campaign from concept to execution
● Strong communication and presentation skills
