🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager with strong expertise in managing and scaling business across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces, along with exposure to quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling high-budget advertising campaigns and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
Drive revenue growth through performance marketing strategies and marketplace optimization
Monitor key KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, and sales growth
Develop and implement strategies for product listing optimization (SEO, A+ content, keywords)
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing, and promotions
Handle marketplace campaigns, deals, and seasonal sale events
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Manage and scale presence on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace management
Proven experience managing Amazon and Flipkart Ads with high monthly budgets
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and advertising dashboards
Expertise in performance marketing metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC)
Hands-on experience in quick commerce platforms is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with D2C brands or high-growth startups
Knowledge of catalog management, logistics, and supply chain coordination
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
