Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Wellness based in Lonavala. The Head of Wellness will be responsible for designing and overseeing wellness programs for the organization. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing wellness strategies, leading wellness and spa management initiatives, providing training to existing team and hiring new team with same expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Longevity, Biohack, Anti ageing and Wellness program design and implementation. Some examples of therapies – Red Light therapy, cryotherapy, ice bath therapy, sound bath etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• International Certifications in Longevity, Biohacking, Anti ageing and Wellness programs
• Candidates having 5 star resort experience and international experience to apply.
• Ensure you are comfortable living and working out of our property in Lonavala. Accommodation will be provided
