Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Assistant, based in Kashipur. The Audit Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, supporting the execution of financial audits, and helping compile audit reports. Additional responsibilities include identifying discrepancies, suggesting improvements in financial processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Experience in drafting and reviewing Audit Reports
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and identifying anomalies
• Knowledge of Financial Audits, including processes and best practices
• Strong understanding of foundational Finance concepts and principles
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
