Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Marketing Executive – Branding & PR to manage end-to-end brand visibility across salon networks and digital platforms. This role involves vendor coordination, social media management, content creation, event execution, and on-ground branding activities to strengthen the company’s presence in both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandising & Salon Branding

·       Coordinate with multi-state vendors to execute salon branding, including sharing detailed requirements (salon data, design types, and size specifications).

·       Lead vendor negotiations covering cost estimates, pricing discussions, approvals, and ensure smooth payment coordination with the accounts team.

·       Conduct regular salon visits for quality checks, branding audits, and timely vendor follow-ups.

2. Website Review Management

• Create and manage customer reviews on the company website, ensuring consistent volume and alignment with brand tone and credibility.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely publishing of reviews.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the brand’s Instagram presence, including planning content calendars based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Create and refine captions, hashtags, and creatives using AI tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice and quality standards.
• Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to drive content ideation, collaborations, and campaign execution.

  4. Branding Content Creation:

· Coordinate branding content creation by working with designers, assisting in copywriting for campaigns and social media, and using tools like Canva and Photoshop for basic design execution.

5. Event & Activation Management

• Plan and execute seminar shoots and brand events, including capturing testimonials from salon owners and professionals for B2B marketing. Manage CodeSkin Day activations end-to-end:
• Coordinate with sales team for event requests, maintain activity tracker and execution timelines. Arrange and dispatch branding materials to salons.
• Coordinate with factory for product kits and samples, oversee event execution and content shoot for social media

6. Shoot Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute influencer shoots (micro & nano influencers), including scripting, direction, and production.
• Handle end-to-end content shoots: studio setup, videography, and coordination with editors. Execute testimonial and employee-generated content shoots. Manage product shoots including props, lighting, and shot planning.

Key Skills & Requirements

· Strong communication skills with experience in vendor management and coordination, along with familiarity in influencer marketing and content production.

· Proficient in social media platforms, content trends, and basic design tools like Canva and Photoshop.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for on-ground branding and shoots.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or PR roles, freshers can also apply.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or salon industry is a plus
