Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct market research to identify potential zones for service expansion
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire customers
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and optimize growth strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in new markets
• Prepare and present reports on market trends and growth opportunities
• Assist in training and mentoring team members to align with business objectives

• Onboard PG partners strategically based on location, pricing, and demand fit
• Drive bookings, maximize occupancy, and ensure repeat demand generation
• Manage the full funnel from lead consultation to visit booking and move-in
• Build and implement processes to enable smooth and independent market operations
• Execute on-ground activities including partner meetings, deal closures, and issue resolution
• Scale successful zones into repeatable expansion models
