Designation: Brand Manager (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
📍 Location: BKC / Wadala, Mumbai
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Brand Manager with strong experience in real estate marketing. This role will be responsible for building brand positioning, driving digital campaigns, and generating high-quality leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, and brand communication
• Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
• Oversee property launch campaigns and project marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize accordingly
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
• Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing
• Proven experience in running ad campaign
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics, and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
• Experience in property launches and real estate project marketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Understanding of the Mumbai and/or Dubai real estate market is a plus
