With a strong wholesaler network and growing presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, we cater to customers across India and beyond.
What you’ll be working on:
• Overseeing day-to-day production operations at the unit
• Managing end-to-end production flow from raw material to final output
• Ensuring timely production as per demand and dispatch schedules
• Monitoring quality standards across all products
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for raw material availability
• Managing and supervising factory staff and workers
• Maintaining proper inventory tracking and stock levels
• Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks in production
• Ensuring smooth coordination between production, packaging, and dispatch
What we’re looking for:
• X years of experience in FMCG / manufacturing / production operations
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflows
• Ability to manage people on-ground and ensure work gets done
• Attention to detail, especially in quality and consistency
• Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain coordination
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes ownership
Salary – 50k – 60k
Experience – minimum 5years
