Role Description

This is a full-time remote Jr. Marketing Manager role. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for multiple platforms, managing social media accounts, analyzing marketing data, and identifying opportunities to optimize brand awareness. The Jr. Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies and implement creative solutions to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing strategies
• Ability to create engaging content, including Copywriting, Social Media Management, and Creative Storytelling
• Data Analysis and proficiency with marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting
• Experience in Brand Management and Marketing Strategy development
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
• Familiarity with the crafting industry or creative community is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with a team
