Job Description
This role supports the implementation and operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, ensuring secure and efficient authentication and authorization practices within the organization. The Junior IAM Analyst will assist senior team members in daily IAM activities, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining identity governance routines. The position requires willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
English (B2 or above). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Basic understanding of identity and access concepts, such as authentication and authorization. Familiarity with IT environments and user account management. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, distributed team.
