Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Patient Care Coordinator remotely . The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, communicating with patients using excellent phone etiquette, coordinating care plans, and utilizing medical terminology accurately. They will serve as a vital communication bridge between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
