Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Patient Care Coordinator remotely . The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, communicating with patients using excellent phone etiquette, coordinating care plans, and utilizing medical terminology accurately. They will serve as a vital communication bridge between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery.

- Skills in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Strong capabilities in Care Coordination and managing patient cases
- Proficiency with Medical Terminology and healthcare processes
- Experience in providing high-quality Patient Care
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and familiarity with health-focused software is a plus
