We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own both offline and online brand growth. This is a generalist role. You will build the brand across events, communities, and digital.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns
• Organize and run a high volume of events
• Drive online growth with a focus on social media and content
• Manage influencer and ambassador programs
• Support with partner (retail shops and qCom) activation campaigns
• Work directly with founders on campaign ideas and execution
• Track performance and double down on what works
• Performance marketing (ads) will not be in your mandate, but we’ll teach you if you’d like

Non-negotiables:

• Must be based in Bangalore. No relocation. You already understand the city and its energy
• Must have a Marketing related degree
• Must have hands-on experience in both events and social media
• Must be comfortable being the face of the brand at events and communities
