🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Source, identify, and recruit OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates across various domains
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Guide candidates through onboarding and placement
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• 5 plus years of expereience as opt recruiter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and job boards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
