• Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
• Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and correct them.
• Verify and cross-check information from various sources to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.
• Generate and manage reports as required by management.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Communicate with team members or departments to obtain missing information.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital).
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduation or equivalent a degree in Computer Applications or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software.
• Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with database management systems (e.g. MS Access, ERP tools, or CRM).
• Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Computers.
• Work Environment:
• Office-based or remote, WFH Own System With WIFI speed 10mbps.
• May involve repetitive tasks and working with large datasets.
