Business Development Executive – IT Services Full Time NEW

We are looking for a confident and professional Business Development Executive – IT Services to join our team in Jaipur.

The role involves handling client communication through virtual meetings, in-office discussions, lead follow-ups, and service presentations. The selected candidate will support the sales process by understanding client requirements, explaining suitable IT solutions, and helping convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual meetings with potential and existing clients through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Handle in-office client meetings when required.
• Present and explain Provis Technologies’ IT services in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable web, software, mobile app, cloud, or automation solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for client requirements and proposals.
• Maintain client records, meeting notes, and CRM updates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, client handling, or IT services communication.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in handling virtual meetings and client presentations.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, or digital services.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and follow-up oriented.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT services, software sales, web development sales, SaaS, or digital solutions.
• Experience handling domestic or international clients.
• Ability to prepare meeting notes, follow-up messages, and basic sales reports.
