Addition & Deletion Vendor in Simpliance

Addition & Deletion Employees in CLMS

Attendance Input to be extracted from CLMS Software

S&E and CLRA compliance Availability of S&E and CLRA license

Timely renewal of S&E and CLRA license

Vendor Management & Process Improvement and Adherence Timely GRN / Submission / Trackingof invoice

Monthly vendor invoice payment tracker and clearance dashboard

100% PR’s to be raised before initiating any activity

Contract renewal of all admin vendors to be initiated 60 days prior to their end date

Managing Admin Audits (Internal and External)

Associate Onboarding Checklist to be maintained and Signed

Managing Work Environment and Infrastructure support Repair & Maintenance of Facility

Internal Audits – IT, Asset, Infra, HSEetc

Support Canteen Infra and food quality (Availability of Cutlery/Equipment’s like refrigerators/Canteen Chairs and feedback on food quality bi-Annually)

Transport Infrastructure (Process of own LMV in place, LMV Drivers availability andvehicle hygiene )

Scrap SOP to be followed 100% as per guideline

Washroom / Facility Hygiene to be maintained

Engagement Organising monthly events and making administrative arrangements for Festive Celebrations as per Engagement calendar

Safety Plastic Waste segregation and disposal Management

Closure of GHSE Portal Open Points

Managing HSE observation and timely closure on GHSE portal
