Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Office Admin located in Thane. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining financial records, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office functioning. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, managing accounts, and providing support to the overall team for smooth workflow management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to professionally interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth daily operations
• Experience in Accounting, including bookkeeping and managing financial records
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Previous relevant experience would be an asset
