Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Admission Officer / Counsellor to manage the student admission process and guide prospective parents and students regarding the school’s academic programs, facilities, and policies. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school curriculum, facilities, boarding, and admission procedures.
• Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s values, policies, and academic offerings.
• Coordinate and schedule student assessments, interviews, and admission meetings.
• Maintain accurate admission records, databases, and student documentation.
• Follow up with prospective parents regarding application status and pending formalities.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
• Prepare admission reports and maintain enquiry-to-admission conversion data.
• Assist in planning and executing admission drives, promotional events, and school presentations.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with parents at all stages of the admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in a boarding school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle parents and students with empathy and professionalism.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per school norms and experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
