Skillset- Ad Operations, Qualtiy Control, Troubleshooting, DCM

Responsibilities-

• Perform end-to-end QA checks on digital ad campaigns before and after launch
• Validate campaign setup including creatives, targeting, tracking tags, and placements
• Ensure ads are trafficked correctly across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, Campaign Manager (CM360), etc.
• Conduct functional testing of creatives (display, video, rich media) across devices and browsers
• Verify tracking implementation (impressions, clicks, conversions, pixels)
• Identify discrepancies in campaign delivery and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Perform troubleshooting for ad serving, tag issues, and discrepancies
• Maintain QA checklists, documentation, and reporting logs
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, SLA timelines, and compliance standards
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation where applicable
