Role Description:

We are looking for a Back Office & Commercial Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Chandigarh. The role involves handling commercial documentation and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotations and invoices

• GST billing and documentation work

• Banking and office coordination tasks

• Follow-up with clients and internal departments

• Maintaining records and commercial paperwork

• Handling computer-based office operations

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computers

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Organized and responsible working style

• Knowledge of GST/invoicing is preferred

Experience in commercial, accounts, billing, or back-office operations will be an advantage.
