We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist for creation and maintenance of content created to support the product and other marketing goals (I.E Brand awareness, Promotions, Launches) . From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints:
We’re looking for someone who can handle product listings, pricing updates, and customer communication (email/WhatsApp).
This is not a “just social media” role.
You’ll work directly on catalog accuracy + customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
Product & Catalog Management
- Upload new products (images, specs, pricing)
- Maintain accurate pricing and stock status
- Write clear, simple product descriptions
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Send campaigns for offers, launches, and promotions
- Set up basic flows (abandoned cart, repeat buyers)
- Manage customer lists and segmentation
Content Support
- Create basic product content (images, short videos)
- Create simple creatives using tools like Canva / Photoshop
- Highlight key features for listings and campaigns
- Edit product images (resize, clean background, add highlights)
- Product banners, offer creatives, WhatsApp creatives
Performance Marketing
- Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Help optimize campaigns for conversions and ROAS
- Track campaign performance and basic analytics
- Coordinate creatives and landing pages for promotions
Who Should Apply
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce / catalog / email marketing
- Comfortable with Excel + product data
- Detail-oriented (pricing accuracy is critical)
- Experience with Shopify / similar tools is a plus
Do NOT Apply If
- You have no experience with product listings
- You’re not comfortable handling data
Salary
₹28,000– ₹30,000/month (based on execution ability)
