Role Description

This full-time, on-site Information Technology Officer role is located in Mumbai. The IT Officer will oversee and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing IT support, and handling network and system administration. The position involves ensuring system reliability and security, addressing any tech-related challenges, and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain smooth IT operations and performance is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
• Solid experience in Information Technology with a focus on systems management and technological tool applications within a professional environment.
• Skills in Network Administration and System Administration, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure for seamless operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving IT systems and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in IT roles within investment or financial institutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
