Role Purpose:
The Head of Brand & Marketing at AMPM is a brand-first, creatively driven leadership role responsible for shaping how the brand is seen, felt, and experienced across every touchpoint.
This is not a conventional marketing role. It requires a leader who deeply understands luxury, women’s fashion, and evolving consumer sensibilities, and can translate that understanding into distinctive brand storytelling, desirability, and sustained business growth.
The role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce—balancing artistic vision with sharp execution and measurable impact.
Core Mandate:
The Head of Brand & Marketing will lead and integrate all brand and marketing functions, including:
Brand & Creative Direction
Drive a strong, consistent, and elevated brand narrative across campaigns, collections, and communication. Ensure AMPM stands out with a distinct creative voice in the luxury fashion space.
Luxury Consumer Understanding & CRM
Build deep relationships with AMPM’s customer base through high-touch, personalized engagement.
This goes beyond traditional CRM—focusing on clienteling, exclusivity, and long-term brand affinity.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead digital strategy across platforms with a strong focus on content, storytelling, and performance.
Drive growth through UGC, influencer collaborations, and data-led campaigns without diluting brand premium-ness.
PR, Events & Brand Experience
Own the brand’s presence across fashion weeks, launches, trunk shows, and high-impact events.
Build strong PR relationships to ensure consistent visibility in relevant luxury and fashion ecosystems.
Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify and execute meaningful collaborations (designers, artists, brands) that enhance brand equity and cultural relevance—not just visibility.
International Market Expansion
Shape and drive marketing strategy for global markets, ensuring brand positioning resonates with international audiences while retaining core identity.
Commercial Alignment & Budget Ownership
Translate brand strategy into revenue outcomes.
Own marketing budgets, allocate efficiently, and ensure ROI-driven decision-making without compromising brand integrity.
