Role Overview

We are hiring a US RCM Voice Product Associate (Prior Authorization) to handle outbound calls to US insurance companies as part of medical billing and RCM operations. This role also offers exposure to cutting-edge Voice AI systems used to automate payer calling workflows.

This is an ideal role for candidates with US healthcare voice process experience who want to grow into healthcare automation and AI operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for medical billing and RCM-related workflows, navigate payer IVR systems and speak with insurance representatives
• Manage Voice AI operations by reviewing calls, testing AI agents, and providing feedback for automation system improvement
• Support product operations and product development for our AI Agent system for US Healthcare

Who Should Apply

• 1+ years of experience in US healthcare voice process, medical billing, or RCM calling, or product management,but flexible for talented candidates
• Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable speaking with US payer representatives
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable working night shift (US business hours)
