Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage daily office operations and administrative duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and attendance tracking
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoices and expense tracking
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients
