Mahashankh Group is looking for a visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead our long-term growth and expansion strategy across fashion, technology, and media verticals.
Role Overview
As the CSO, you will be the core “business brain” responsible for defining the company’s future direction, identifying growth opportunities, and building a strong roadmap for scaling Mahashankh into a global brand.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies for growth and expansion
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Create strategic plans for brand positioning and market leadership
• Work closely with leadership to align vision, execution, and growth goals
• Drive innovation across fashion shows, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,745.08 – ₹106,939.83 per hour
