Role Description

Big Wings LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the dual role of HR and Accountant. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mohali. The role involves overseeing HR functions such as employee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance while developing employee relations and training programs. Additionally, the candidate will manage accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between HR and finance processes, contributing to organizational success while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance with employment regulations
• Strong foundational skills in accounting, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, and preparing tax documents
• Proficiency in using HR management software and accounting tools to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize both HR and finance responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage diverse teams
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in both HR and accounting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR or accounting, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry, is an advantage
