ORMAE is looking for an aggressive Director – Business Development
As a part of the Business Development team at ORMAE, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition (hunting for new logos) and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of highquality leads as part of the ORMAE Business Development Team. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart calling and targeted email marketing to foray into primarily Fortune 500 companies across the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Singapore, Australia, India and other geographies. Location: Bangalore, India
What we are looking for: • Must be self-motivated Business development ambassador to lead our highperforming BD team, who can deliver measurable value/success • Should have 10+ years of experience in Selling Supply Chain Management, optimization services, selling operations research or analytics as service lines, previous selling experience can be from analytics/IT services/related consulting services solutions industries with exposure to SCM domain • Experience in any of the following markets is required – US, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Apac & India
Responsibilities would include:
• The Director of Business Development will be responsible for planning and generating new leads and nurturing the existing customers
• Identifying new market for expansion with penetrating strategies • Candidates need to have strong previous connects with leaders in field of Analytics, AI and Optimization, Data Science across globe.
• Must be able to create good sales pitch & presentation materials (well versed in PPT & MS Excel, Canva)
• Discover new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns • Must Meet or exceed Sales Goals illustrated by ORMAE Management
• Timely updation and maintenance of database of the prospects/decision-makers • Schedule email campaigns and monitor the performance
• Update internal reports and CRM. Ability to generate sales metric reports to present to the management.
Education
MBA preferred. Background in bachelors in related fields of computer science, information technology, business analytics, applied mathematics, statistics or any quantitative field preferred.
