Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating and dispatching shipments, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved. Other responsibilities include building relationships with customers and carriers, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Customer Service and Account Management skills to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating shipments
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with carriers and clients to meet mutual objectives
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with logistics software and transportation management systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Prior experience or industry knowledge in logistics and supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
