Project Support Cordinator Full Time

Seeking to provide help and support for planning, designing, documentation of system integration activities for the implementation of a statewide Case Management System ,external state, federal, and third-party systems throughout all phases of implementation and operations.

X12 EDI and FHIR API’s

Hands on experience with X12 EDI transactions and FHIR APIs including the following below:

Expert in documenting the EDI workflows between different systems including Case Management Hub, Clearing House, Interface Engine , Payer and 3rd Party vendors

Document CMS, State specific requirements and Medicaid Rules

Design architectural diagram for entire integration between all systems talking to each other.

Document 278 workflows ( Patient authorization), Patient Access and Provider Directory )using FHIR API’s

Integration Strategy & Planning

• Define the Discovery phase , Integration strategy and Integration Plan, including scope, sequencing, dependencies, and technical approach
• Identify and document all required integrations, interfaces, and data exchange points (e.g., MMIS, prior authorization systems, reporting platforms, and external providers)
• Define integration standards, integration points, protocols, error handling, and monitoring strategies consistent with state and CMS requirements
• Align and document integration activities with the overall project schedule, phased implementation approach, and go-live milestones

Document integration activities with overall project schedule , phased implementation approach ,MVP Product and implementation plan along with Go- Live support documentation

Design & Implementation

• Document the design and implementation of system integrations, APIs, and data interfaces
• Define interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules, and security controls

Testing, Validation & Readiness

• Document UAT Readiness, UAT Plan Integration Testing plan
• Document integration performance, data accuracy, reliability, and error resolution processes
• Document Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), pilot activities, and go-live readiness related to integration components
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolution of integration defects and issues

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Document integrations that comply with applicable security, privacy, and data governance requirements, including HIPAA and CMS standards
• Document certification-related activities , integration documentation, testing evidence, and technical artifacts
• Document Governance and security protocols and processes, technical reviews, and milestone checkpoints

Each artifact will be delivered as per the priorities.

I am looking for comprehensive overall support for all the responsibilities/ tasks as listed above. Artifacts delivered should be professional, user friendly and meet high standards.No compromises will be made on the quality of the deliverables.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
