Senior Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer Full Time NEW

About the role

Versovate Labs is hiring a hands-on Senior Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to anchor delivery on a flagship Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Copilot for Service contact-centre programme for a global client. You’ll own the heavy-lift Power Apps, Dataverse plug-ins, Power Automate, JavaScript form scripts and Azure Functions work behind 300 dev hours per month — with strong ALM, Solutions pipelines, and code-review discipline expected from day one.

What you’ll do

• Build custom Power Apps — model-driven for agent UI; canvas for supervisor dashboards

• Develop custom Dataverse plug-ins, custom workflow activities and Custom APIs (C# / .NET)

• Build Power Automate flows (premium connectors, HTTP, custom connectors) for workflow automation

• Implement client-side ribbon and form scripts (TypeScript) for the agent experience

• Code-review work from the admin and integration developers and produce a single solution package per release

• Run Azure DevOps + Power Platform ALM (Solutions, Pipelines, source-controlled environments)

What we’re looking for

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) — mandatory

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) — mandatory

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) — mandatory

• 6+ years professional development experience; 3+ years Power Platform / Dynamics 365 development

• Strong C# / .NET / TypeScript / JavaScript

• Hands-on Dataverse plug-in pipeline, custom workflow activities, custom API

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)

• Azure DevOps + Power Platform ALM in a multi-environment topology

• Service Cloud Voice / Omnichannel / WhatsApp connector exposure
