Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated SAP Basis Administrator with 4+ years of experience to deliver consistent, high-performance SAP systems that support critical business operations.

The ideal candidate will provide 24×7 support on a rotational basis, ensuring system health, performance, and security across diverse SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24×7 rotational support for critical SAP systems
• Monitor SAP applications using Focused Run (FRUN) or Cloud ALM, identify issues, and provide recommendations
• Perform system health checks (production/non-production) to ensure availability and performance
• Manage data growth, deletion/partitioning, and analyze trends with actionable recommendations
• Ensure robust security monitoring, updates, and compliance
• Administer transport management via ChaRM or CTMS
• Perform system installations, upgrades, system copies, and kernel upgrades
• Support batch jobs, interface, and channel monitoring
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, and maintenance records.

Tools & T-Codes Involved:

• FRUN, Cloud ALM, STMS, DB02, SARA, SUIM, ST03N, SM20, SPAM, SUM, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SAP Basis experience in medium to large-scale environments
• Experience across multiple SAP products
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SAP kernel upgrades, system copy, and admin tasks
• SAP Basis certification is a plus
