Client Account Management

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for assigned client accounts across multiple social media platforms
• Write platform-specific copy, including captions, hooks, CTAs, and carousel scripts, aligned with each client’s brand voice and audience
• Design or coordinate visual assets such as static graphics, carousels, and infographics using Canva Pro
• Script and coordinate production of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including filming guidance and editing support
• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Scheduler
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across client accounts for effective community management
• Conduct monthly social media audits for new client onboarding and create 90-day content strategies
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, and lead form submissions

Agency Brand Building

• Execute the agency’s LinkedIn content strategy with regular posting across the agency page and the founder’s profile
• Create content highlighting client success stories, company culture, industry expertise, and global experience
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for the founder while maintaining a consistent personal brand voice
• Manage the agency’s Instagram content, including behind-the-scenes content, tips, client wins, and storytelling posts
• Repurpose SEO blogs and YouTube videos into social media formats such as carousels, quote graphics, and Shorts
• Track agency social media KPIs and present insights during monthly team reviews

Strategy & Collaboration

• Coordinate with the SEO team to align blog topics with social media content calendars
• Propose innovative content formats, trending styles, and platform experiments based on analytics and industry trends
• Support business development efforts by creating case studies and social proof content for client acquisition
• Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithm updates and adapt content strategies accordingly

Good To Have

• Experience scripting Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, along with basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Rush
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages with B2B content strategies
• Understanding of how social media content supports SEO and paid media performance
• Ability to create bilingual content in Hindi and English for Indian market clients
• Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Mention, or Sprout Social
• Prior experience working remotely with international clients
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads for boosting organic content
