Salary: INR 25,000 – INR 35,000/month
Rakonex Infotech India is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our startup team. This is an on-premises role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communication and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general office communications
• Handle customer communication professionally
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Manage petty cash, including tracking receipts, payments, and expenses
• Maintain and update contacts for all service providers
• Maintain detailed records and ensure safekeeping of company assets
• Create and maintain employee files with all required documentation
• Manage and track employee attendance
Requirements:
• Strong English-speaking and communication skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Ability to handle office coordination independently
Preferred:
• Accounting or bookkeeping skills will be an added advantage
Work Schedule:
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-premises office role
• Every other Saturday off
• Sundays off
