Your key responsibilities:

• HEOR Modeling & Data Synthesis: Develop and maintain sophisticated health economic models (Cost-Utility, Budget Impact, Decision Trees) based on GOI and ISPOR guidelines, supported by systematic meta-analyses and clinical data evaluation.
• Strategic Market Access Planning: Lead the creation of the B. Braun India Market Access action plan, integrating cross-functional inputs to navigate reimbursement requirements and proactively mitigate access barriers.
• Stakeholder Mapping & Networking: Systematically identify, prioritize, and build strategic relationships with key payers, governmental bodies, and industry associations to influence institutional decision-making.
• Value Proposition & Marketing Support: Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate evidence-based therapies into compelling scientific value propositions and promotional tools that drive market penetration.
• Policy Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor health legislation and market access trends to translate national reimbursement changes into actionable strategies for the business.
• Global & Regional Alignment: Liaise with Regional and Global Market Access teams to synchronize India-specific initiatives with international best practices and broader organizational goals.

What are we looking for:

• Master or Doctoral degree in Health economics, Statistics, pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics or population science.
• Experience of 5 to 7 years of understanding and translating clinical and health economics research in pharma and/or medical device industry, health policy or related functions in payers, market access consultants or disease management organizations (policy, market access or related functional areas) with demonstrated success in the support of product reimbursement and health economic strategies.
• Excel based programming & Statistical analysis competencies.
• Peer reviewed publication/presentations in the journals of international repute.
