Position: Clinical Manager/ Medical Room Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our clinical operations and doctor coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of consultations, doctor scheduling, clinical procedures, patient coordination, and supervision of front-desk and operational activities. The candidate will act as the central point of coordination to ensure seamless healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise daily clinical operations and doctor activities
· Ensure doctor rosters and schedules are updated and followed properly
· Coordinate with doctors regarding consultations, procedures, and patient appointments
· Monitor whether daily consultations and procedures are happening smoothly
· Handle doctor coordination and resolve operational or clinical issues in real time
· Supervise reception/front-desk operations and ensure proper patient handling
· Ensure proper alignment and availability of medical equipment, supplies, and clinical resources
· Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical teams for smooth workflow
· Monitor patient experience and escalate concerns when required
· Ensure SOPs and operational processes are being followed effectively
· Maintain discipline, accountability, and smooth functioning across the center
· Prepare daily operational updates and coordinate with management regularly
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospital/clinic operations or healthcare management
· Experience in managing doctors, scheduling, and healthcare operations preferred
