Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for an Information Technology Technical Recruiter. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, identifying top talent in the IT industry, and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. The recruiter will also assist in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Experience 2+ in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and identifying talent for technical roles
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Knowledge of Information Technology concepts and job roles in areas such as software development, cloud computing, and DevOps
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage with candidates
- Ability to work closely with startups and global clients to align recruitment with business objectives
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in staffing services or technology companies is advantageous
