Calyco Paints is looking for an experienced, creative, and sales-focused person who can manage our social media, marketing, lead generation, and sales growth.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + 10% sales incentive

Portfolio Required: Yes — please share previous work, social media pages managed, creatives, campaigns, or sales/marketing results.

Important Requirement:

Candidate should know how to use AI chat models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for content ideas, captions, campaign planning, customer messaging, lead follow-ups, research, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Calyco Paints’ Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media pages
• Create and post regular content, reels, product updates, campaigns, and promotional creatives
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, research, captions, ad ideas, and customer communication
• Generate leads from dealers, contractors, architects, builders, painters, and retail customers
• Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into sales
• Support online campaigns, product launches, local promotions, and brand-building activities
• Track leads, customer follow-ups, content performance, and sales conversions

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, sales, or growth marketing
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, content planning, lead generation, and AI chat tools
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence to speak to customers
• Experience in paints, building materials, construction, interiors, home improvement, or B2B sales is a strong plus
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote role
