Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital & Growth Marketing Manager. The role involves spearheading growth marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing web and marketing data to optimize performance, overseeing marketing automation processes, and managing projects to ensure timely and successful execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
• Experience in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure successful planning and delivery of marketing initiatives
