Role Description

The Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Purchase (Diagnostic Business) will oversee and manage procurement activities, including handling purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with vendors to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services. The role involves tracking market trends, analyzing data to improve procurement methodologies, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchasing
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders and vendor negotiations
• Strong Analytical Skills to derive insights and optimize procurement strategies
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of compliance standards in the healthcare procurement sector is must.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
