AI Automation Engineer (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead AI Automation Engineer to build and scale AI-driven systems across multiple industries including automotive dealerships, QSR brands, and marketing automation platforms.

This role is focused on real-world AI execution — not just models, but building automation that drives leads, sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

You will work on projects like:

• AI voice agents for dealerships (Sales, Service, Parts)
• Website chatbots that capture and qualify leads
• CRM automation (DealerSocket, etc.)
• Marketing automation (email, SMS, retargeting flows)
• Data pipelines from websites, inventory systems, and APIs

Key Responsibilities

AI Automation & Agents

• Build AI-powered voice and chat agents (using tools like Vapi, Twilio, OpenAI)
• Design conversational flows for Sales, Service, and Support
• Implement lead qualification, routing, and follow-ups

CRM & Lead Management Automation

• Integrate AI systems with CRMs (DealerSocket, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Build automated workflows for:
• Lead capture → nurturing → appointment booking → follow-up
• Set up email/SMS automation systems

Data & AI Systems

• Build and maintain centralized data systems (customer data, inventory, interactions)
• Implement RAG-based AI using internal business data (website, inventory, FAQs)
• Automate website scraping / syncing for real-time knowledge updates

System Integrations

• Connect multiple platforms:
• Websites, CRM, POS, marketing tools, APIs
• Build middleware and automation pipelines (n8n, Zapier, custom APIs)

Full Stack Development

• Develop internal dashboards and tools
• Build chatbot interfaces and admin panels
• Create scalable backend systems

Marketing Automation

• Build AI systems for:
• Email campaigns
• SMS campaigns
• Lead scoring and segmentation
• Track and optimize customer journeys (Meta, Google, TikTok integrations)

Strategy & Execution

• Define AI roadmap for different clients
• Recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and revenue
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in software development, automation, or AI
• Strong experience with:
• Python / Node.js
• APIs & integrations
• Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with:
• OpenAI / LLMs / LangChain
• Automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Experience with:
• Twilio, Vapi, or voice AI systems
• CRM integrations
• Experience building:
• End-to-end automation workflows
• Real-world AI applications (not just models)
