Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Support onboarding processes and employee documentation management.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and related documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with different departments to support HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in attendance management, HR reporting, and operational tracking.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
• Draft HR policies, letters, and internal communication materials.
• Handle day-to-day HR generalist responsibilities as assigned by the team.
